why you need to drip face oil down your cheeks now

Facial oil is all over instagram dripping down cheeks for a reason. I know what you're thinking. Why would you want to add oil to your finally perfected skincare routine, when you've been trying to use products to get rid of oil since you could remember or you're nervous it will cause adult acne.

The truth is, face oil isn't a new thing. The ancient Egyptians used plant based oils for a number of benefits. If Cleopatra was into face oil, I'm into it. The Greeks, the Italians, French and Aussie's to name a few worked with Mother Nature way back when to create their own concoctions that we can still benefit from today.

With a smaller molecular structure, oils can sink into your skin further resulting in solid retention of hydration. Today we like to use adjectives like dewy and glow-up to describe the result. Moisturizers are still great to use, but there tends to be a lot of unknown ingredients or watered-down ingredients. Using the right oils solo or adding it to your moisturizer can help repair, protect and nourish your skin.

I would recommend doing some research and consulting with your Dermatologist to determine what oils would be best for your needs. In the meantime, here is some high level info to get you grooving.
