a little eye pop
I said CIAO to my old eyeliner and hello to my new favorite the other day. I was searching for some cleaner options to line my baby blues and make them pop. The W3ll People Hypnotist Eye Pencil in brown is yes, hypnotizing so I was sold.
Brown is generally the best tone for blue eyes and it can be great for a day look or softer night look. For brown eyes, try the purple or black pigment options as a fabulous go-to for your purse. The blue liner is calling your name green and hazel beauties, so give it a whirl. Honestly though, wear whatever color makes you happy. Makeup is a form of expression and we're all artists.
As far as application goes, my go to technique for work is only lining the bottom lid from the center of the lash line half way with a a small wing at the edge of the eye. This helps give the appearance of larger eyes. I do this because I think my eyes are shrinking as I age and it weirds me out. When switching to the evening, I like to line the whole bottom or do a full cat eye at the top of my lid. meow.
